목공예 장비를 다루는 곳, 화장실, 주방시설 등 기본 시설을 제외하고 최대한 넓은 공간을 쓰도록 했다. 목공예 장비를 다루는 곳은 분진이 생기기 때문에 별도의 실을 마련했지만 창을 크게 내어 가공의 과정을 볼 수 있다. 화장실과 주방은 최소의 공간으로 꾸리고 목공예 장소임을 감안해 합판으로 마감을 했다. 주방 상부는 기존에 숙직실로 있던 곳을 벽체만 철거하고 다듬어 공간 전체를 전망할 수 있는 곳으로 만들었다. 이곳으로 오르는 계단은 바퀴를 달아 이동식으로 만들어 다양한 촬영소재로 쓰일 수 있고 오브제의 역할도 한다.
공간을 다양한 용도로 임대할 수 있게 몇가지 장치를 두었다. 천장의 등기구는 6000k램프와 4000k램프를 나누어 설치했다. 용도에 맞게 각각 점등, 소등이 가능하다. 그리고 바둑판형태로 나누어 와이어를 설치해놓았기 때문에 공간에 가벽을 걸어 나누거나 작품을 걸 수 있다. 야외 테라스에도 이와 마찬가지로 와이어를 설치해 천막을 거는 등 다양한 용도로 활용이 가능하다. 테라스의 비어있는 문은 추락의 위험이 있어서 등기구 디테일을 활용해 난간으로 풀었다.
기존 공장의 환경을 유지하면서 필요한 용도로 수정하는 방향으로 공간을 구성한 프로젝트이다.

There is a risk of falling on the open door of the terrace, so a railing was installed using the luminaire details.
