Bench for Space1 — unseenbird

사람들의 발길이 오가는 터에 작은 쉼터가 놓여졌다. 가족들이 많이 방문하는 아울렛의 쉼터에 필요한 움직임에 따라 가구의 형태가 만들어진다.
하나의 디자인에서 작은 변형으로 가구들은 모듈화 과정을 거쳤다. 스툴, 벤치, 화분, 테이블, 모퉁이 등 주어진 역할을 하는 가구들은 다양한 형태로 구성과 배치가 가능하다. 스툴이 모여 벤치가 되고, 또 높이에 따라 테이블이 되기도 한다. 그 사이 작은 자연들이 자리잡고, 나무가 심겨진다. 각자의 가구들은 단독으로 역할을 하기도 하지만 서로가 맞물리면서 하나의 흐름을 가진 또 다른 형태를 만들어낸다. 흐름을 따라 사람들은 나란히, 또는 마주보는 등 다양한 모습으로 앉아서 쉼을 가질 수 있다

A small shelter has been placed in a busy area. The furniture, designed to accommodate the needs of the family-friendly outlet, is shaped according to the movement required.
The furniture has undergone a modularization process, with minor modifications to a single design. Furniture with given functions—stools, benches, flower pots, tables, corners—can be configured and arranged in various ways. Stools can be grouped together to form a bench, and depending on their height, they can also become tables. Small natural elements are nestled within, and trees are planted. While each piece of furniture can function independently, they interlock to create a new form with a unified flow. Following the flow, people can sit side by side, face to face, or in various other configurations, finding rest.
